    Help i have purchase Boundless String Instrument of Honor but there's no record in Purchase History my previous credits was 3,570 and my 3,500 Credits was used after purchasing of item i've waited for 5 hours to receive until now please help me.

    Even if i purchase it on my other character there is a Purchase History to check it.

    I've Done Checking on my other characters but there is no Mail in it.
