    Good day.
    I just want to report my problem with my purchased items thru credits (EA spellbook) at arount 11:00 pm january 29, 2016 GMT+8 time.
    I make sure that my inventory has a space. Waiting for the Express mail to be delivered about 30 mins and I decided to sleep. Until now no item was delivered.

    Please help me.

    Are you sure you bought the item on the right character (you can check that in your purhcase history on the website) and your mailbox isn't full?
    If so, then please leave a PM to either @Puddles or @Lautaro for further investigation.
