purchased item not arrive at the game..

    hi,
    my brother buy a Honorable General's Leg Laurel this morning but after logging in at the game the item that he purchased did not arrive. his already online for almost an hour..

    First and foremost, never share your or anyone's account information publicly.

    Make sure your brother is logged in on the character that he had purchased the item on.
    If he has waited enough (seems so), tell him to do the following steps:

    - Go to Gamez's website, click on the character's name and check your webshop history.
    - If you have bought the laurel on that character, the item will be shown on the purchase list along with the date.


    If the item still hasn't arrived by now (but he's lost the credits), please contact @Lautaro for further investigation!
