PvP penalty

Is pvp penatly class wise diferent??

Its just that while i fully buffed hit someone for 5k with glacial shard I (5K base damage)[thats abt 2.5k magic boost] , a frnd of mine hit me for 4.2k with call lightning(2.5k base damage) (the cleric skill) , he like me was not using full anu set either (money constraints) . I ll assume he had 2k magical boost (while is quite high since he was never buffed) .


So i wanna know y it happened .
