Quest Bug - Flying Reconnaissance

    Hi all!

    In the Flying Reconnaissance quest Tursin Loudmouth Boss never appears(i understand it is a known bug) but i want to complete the last Verteron campaign quest. Can a GM spawn it make it done?
    I want to do all camp quests ^^
