    This might be a translating problem though that the quests not in English are malfunctioning? Once again I am not entirely sure we are all talking about the same quest since new ones were added, HOWEVER I have screenshots of me completing the Main-BSQ (BlackSpiritQuestline) quest which is ended here at this NPC.
