Quest bugged. Really needs fixed ASAP !!

    The main quest when you enter sanctum, (A ceremony in sanctum) is bugged.
    When you try receive your gifts from Eumios, it just fails, therefor you cannot finish this quest.
    i can't go to verteron without this ques.

    There's about 20-30 people so far i have talked to and they are having the same problems.
    Seems the same for all class's.

    PLEASE FIX... asap :)

    2 hours with the problem and NO ANSWER, PLEASE GM DO SOMETHING IF U HAVE A SERVER TAKE CARE OF IT!! U CANT LEFT THE PEOPLE WAITING FOR HOURS TO DO THE ASCENSION QUEST!! PLEASE THIS NEED TO BE FIXED ASAP :S!! NOW
