    Bug Name:
Quest: Higher Bird Drop Hunting Mobs - not attackable/reachable with Sniper Rifle
    Bug Description:
Quest mobs 'Gulls' are not attackable/reachable with Sniper Rifle, they are spawned to high in the sky around the NPC Chuck Lauri.

Also, Hunting mobs in Olvia region spawn under the world, unable to be attacked: Giant Boar, Giant Elk.
    How to reproduce/proof:
Go to NPC Chuck Lauri, accept quest 'Higher Bird Drop' and attempt to complete by shooting Gulls above Chuck Lauri.

Also, accept daily hunting quest from Chuck Lauri to hunt Giant Elk and Giant Boar in the area - many of the spawn locations in the area are under the world. Tested with different channels - no change in occurrence/frequency of mobs being in the ground.

This has been reported numerous times now, however the new hunting seagulls quest report is helpful, of course also reminding the team that the hunting-animals still spawn underground.
