Quest Issues

ok My Issue is quite Simply i think But kinda long to explain so here goes......
I decided to go back and do some quests i skipped to lvl mainly the campaign quests to get titles. So When i got to Sealing the Abyss Gate and it wouldnt complete i skipped and went on assuming that it was bugged cause i am level 55, Warned My stepdad to do it before he reached 55 assuming the lvl issue was problem But soon discovered that isnt the case, Because he attempted to do it at lvl 30 and it did same to him. OK Still no biggie in a update it will get fixed and will get it then. But now i cant do Secret Library Entrance quest which i need to complete The Ruins of Roah(the npc i need to talk to next is Ipikio who is in the secret Library and seeing as Sanctum is a no fly zone i cant by pass the door.
That is Part 1 of my problem
Part 2 is The npc Hestia will not complete the Quest
Expert - Passion for Cooking quest. I have made all the food the quest calls for says to go back to her and when i click on her and then click the quest i am on the window just closes but quest doesnt update.

Any Input is welcome input.... A Solution would be VERY welcoming Make this girl happy plz



3rd quest is Root of the Rot The quest wont update, Having researched into the quest i know the npc to go to next is Mersephon
and when i go to him he doesnt respond. The Quest doesnt say anything about what to do next it is like it just stops but stays active incomplete.
