    Bug Description:
    Many of the quests in the quest log are not showing the correct names, or the correct quests that are suppose to be in them.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Will link pictures detailing below.​

    As you can see token of lemoria guards is showing twice and the top one is not token of lemoria guards it is suppose to be in the mediah region.
