Quest Problem

    I am having trouble with the quest "A Ceremony in Pandaemonium"
    I am a level 23 Asmodian Chanter in the Lumiel Server.
    The problem that occurs is I cannot receive my gift from Lyfjaberga (it is the fourth step in this quest). And I believe I cannot teleport anywhere else because I have to finish this quest line first.

    I hope I did this correctly and gave you all the details you would need lol.
    Tried to be as formal as possible =)
