Quest Reset Command

I'd like to make a suggestion about this.We have some quest that cant be finished now even they are fixed with few last update like Shadow Summons.In the time when this quest was bugged we had to leave underground arena cuz nothing happend and now when it's fixed we cant re-enter or abandon it.(this quest is just an example)
I saw some Private Servers have that command and players can abandon it by typing something like .quest reset [quest id](ID can be found on aion database site's).
There is 4 quest(2 on each side)which alowe 46-55 lv players to go in 45lv max maps.These 4 quest can be exploited so maybe to make exception with them.
I would like to know what Gamez Staff and You guys think bout this.

1. makes player experience more enjoyable with a chance to get past annoying bugs
2. makes AMs life easier as they dont have to help people restart their quests

Exactly,can you imagine that half server population asking you to reset their quest.

Even though i believe this is a good suggestion , i know for a fact that people are going to abuse it ><'(they will use it to repeat the quests that give some cool wings and we would end up having more spammers selling wings than masta items lol)
I do not know however if it is possible to make it not work once a quest is completed. If it is , then having a command such as this would be awesome.

As for Shadow Summons I can send you back into that instance if you need to go there ;p

I am not sure that you can reset something if its alredy finished.

i have trouble with josnack dilema's :S i want reset this quest :S

 

..alente how bout the quest <fragment of memory 3> its kinda hard to kill icaronix alone so i think u need a party..problem is i already died trying to kill him and i cant go back?..can u also teleport me back there?

My quest was reseted and finaly finished,Thanx Alente.Guys you should leave ign maybe and wait till someone from staff see this.
