Quest: Why did the goblins run away?​

Bug Description:

After talking with the runaway goblin it does not follow you. So you cannot complete the quest.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Talk to runaway goblin. Forfeit and pickup quest again. Talk to runaway goblin still does not follow. Some "trick" like getting on a horse do not work.​

 

I am not entirely sure but I do think that most Escort quests are unavailable although the one in Calpheon City to get a Maid does work as well as the newly tamed horses that do follow you even if you switch back to your previous horse, so I am not quite sure about this but there are many other escort quests that aren't being implemented. I do not know how to help you with this particular problem though sorry.

 

Thanks for the reply. After watching videos of this quest from retail it looks like the goblins are moving around before you talk to them. These goblins are not moving around, they have animation like they are walking but they do not move. Wondering if the movement ability of these NPC is broken. Also, not good about the other escort quests. Anyone know how to get the "Goblin Worker" knowledge without completing this quest?
