Question Of All Questions

i've been playing in this server for quiet a long time and i've noticed that the server is getting "sick" what happen? the more the player the more skill bug, the more hacker, the more bots, and it became very laggy sometimes it even takes almost 10 minutes, the more the problem... i tried several high rate severs before but this was the stable one, it has more player than any high rate i tried, some of the gm's are active,to the owner of this server let me ask you is it realy hard to maintain a server like this? your not happy that you see more people are playing on your server? and a little suggestion on restarting the sever can you make it atleast every 48 hours so that any stuck or crash will be fix maybe and post it like this on game screen because some of the players cant see it on chat box specially on combat mode

there is a major shortage on gm's right now. thats why there are so many hackers around.
