Quests/Boss scrolls reset with the daily XP/Loyality reset​

Bug Description:

Hello Dev's,
on retail you get everyday at 2am EU time, a timer reset, then your login rewards reset AND your daily boss scrolls and all daily quests does reset.
On this Server only the Combat XP + Loyalitys does reset.
The boss scrolls and daily quests are only aviable if the 24H of the player are over.
So if you do grab the boss scroll from like bheg at 23:00, but you wanna grab it at next day at 20:00 you can't, you ahve to wait the full 24h.

Please include the boss scroll quests/all dailys into the server reset time.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Grab a boss scroll from your daily, and wait a day and try to get it again.​
