Raise Legion lvl

    sorry if this post is on wrong place but i have a problem to raise my legion level, my legion is lvl 3 i have 90 players and more than 10.000.000 AP on legion and more than 900m kinah and i cant up my legion to lvl 4, it say You do not have enoungh kinah, why i can't do this? I realy need to up cuz have alot players to join on my legion, so plz fix it
    BTW my legion is AliadoS

    GM plz i need my legion level 5!!! im have deleted my old legion and creat another and the same thing happened, when i clik Raise Legion level its say You not have enough kinah but i have more than 900m plz GM fix it i realy need raise my legion
