ranger skill trasformation in 2.7 was bug

    all transformation of ranger was bug like mau, tiger, and krall when i was use mau all character elyos and asmos was gone and the monster. pls fix this. when i log in all my save skill or combo skill was gone also. When i press the map heiron all black its like it's my 1st time to go heiron. Pls fix this
