Ranger Skill Wind Step randomly stops working properly.​

Bug Description:

I was doing an Awakened Urugon scroll and halfway through Wind Step just stopped working properly if I pressed RMB nothing happened if I did W+RMB nothing happened but if I did S+RMB I could still Wind Step backwards and I could only Wind Step forward if I put it on a quick slot. After a few minutes it just started working again so I went to do a Dim Tree scroll and when I got off my horse the bug had reappeared and nothing would fix it I switched characters and even relogged but it still wouldn't work properly only after I went back to Velia and talked to the Storage Keeper did it finally start working again.

I know its not a lot to go on but there didnt really seem to be anything that caused it its as if it randomly stopped working then randomly started working again. Hopefully someone else has had the issue and can add what they know or did when it happened.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I think it may be related to weight I was using the fairy skill Feathery Steps V but im sure I was under 125% weight so possibly a bug with Feathery Steps.​
