Reached level 50 without meeting condition

    Bug Name:
    Reached level 50 without meeting condition​
    Bug Description:
    Haven't completed '[To Level 50!] Go Beyond Your Own Limits' quest but my char became level 50.
    Name is AegonF of Summers Family located at NA server.

    It happened before with my Wizard and it got fixed by GM.
    Need to gather more skill points before reaching level 50.
    Please make my char one level lower and also check it is surely blocked by level up condition.    ​
