Refreshing the Spring[Quest Problem]

why is it that I can't finish this sht.. After I finish the Step 11 "Restore the Mystic Spring by putting the Bead into the Temple Life StoneA Life Stone in the Kyola Temple Entrance. The Life Bead inside gives it divine power and enables it to produce clean water..", I can't see anymore information on the Campaign Window regarding the quest. I mean, there are no more instructions given.

Problem 2: Shadow's Command
Shadow's Command Quest - how can I finish the first step? I went to the "Eracus Temple Cavern", but nothing happens the quest doesn't update. Does it need a party?

For shadow's command, you need to be more specific. Did you talk to the artificate in the temple area (I get confused by the temple names). Its on the bottom floor surrounded by mobs. Then you have to go to a different temple and talk to a npc i believe. At the end, when you are supposed to talk to the lady in hieron observatory after getting the lost pages, make sure to kill hippolytus instantly (he spawns in eastern hieron observatory NEAR YOU) so no one else kills him and you don't miss out.

For the refreshing the springs, what happened is you must have lost the bead or something. What this means is the quest is bugged beyond repair. NOTHING CAN BE DONE. I have tried with other quests that bugged just like it. GMs can't give you the req item for you to fix it, and you can't restart. It is bugged for good until an admin restarts it for you, which simply will not happen. So, I would just move on (I know it sucks, happened to me and neutralizing the odium) and count my losses.
