Refreshing the springs quest is broken...

    I'm supposed to put a life bead into the Laquepin life springs, but the dude doesn't give me a life bead.

    Please fix this...

    This Quest was fixed in 1 Update before... but its bugged again... cuz i did the quest with my main character when i saw the update fix from Carl... and some days ago i went to do it with another char.. but the NPC doesnt give the stone...
