Regarding old accounts.

To whom it may concern,

I did look for a private ticket system, but sadly couldn't find one. If I simply missed it, I apologise in advance.

Basically my problem is this:

I played Gamez aion a long time ago, and had a premium account, and as far as i remember a fairly geared character(s).
Most likely a glad/ranger.

I can supply a list of names they could be, and the paypal used to donate with, along with the card number. Also, full name and any proof you may need so you know this is legitimate.

My problem is that every hotmail account ive used in the past has been blocked, because I joined the Army and moved around so much, they thought people were attacking my email, and blocking it. Apparently, its impossible to recover them... So now im on Gmail.com and going strong.

I remember the emails ive signed upto games with, but then again it could be 2 of my old ones, and im not 100% certain which!

If we could solve this issue, and have the account which is attached to these added to my current email, that would be great, or at least my password would suffice, as i dont really need it attached to my email in all honesty.

It really depends if your accounts still exist. If you haven't logged in on the account you listed above within the last 6 months then the server auto deletes your account/characters and once that happens it's basically irreversible.

So there would be probably no point in trying to get the account back if you haven't logged onto the account within the last 6 months you might as well just create a new account and start new.

If you do believe your account still exist or not quiet sure you should contact a senior AM or Head GM via pm just to keep your account/email details private.

 

A SAM or HGM will check this out... wait for his reply.

 

If you haven't logged in your account for more than 6 months, then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do since accounts get wiped if they don't login after 6 months.

The only account attached to one of these emails was created 2 hours ago. If you didn't login for over 6 months then your account was deleted and it's impossible to recover it.

That's rather unfortunate. However, on the bright side (if there is one), you probably last played when abg was the best gear, depending on how long "a long time ago" is. With that said, it should be fairly easy for you to gear up a new character and probably even surpass it.

Just a quick question though, I donated a fair amount to this server, and that's just been deleted? That kind of doesn't really seem right to me! Whats the deal with that?

 

You won't get your items back once your account is it's gone - Just because you donated money doesn't mean you account won't get deleted if you're inactive for 6+ months the account will get deleted regardless of gears/donations ect sadly that's just how the system works.

You can easily get better gear then the current gear you had the level cap has raised and new gears have in included in the game 10x better then ABG and can be obtained through Instances no donations really needed.

Should definitely be written on donation info page in red/capslock that if you go inactive for 6 months or so, and you have donated, all your items/account will be lost.

I would have sooner burned my money than put it into a game where its 'deleted' after 6 months for no reason, I think that's beyond a joke. And in no way is it fair/right.

 

Basically if you really played a long time ago (say 2 years) then your gear couldnt have been better than ABG.. which is pretty much useless now. If you start fresh you ll instantly get a free APP gear which might even be better than what you had back in the day.

 

I dont care about the gear/char. I just don't want to pay for another premium account, and don't really see why I should especially as I should already have one.

 

Only suggestion I got is just vote for premium/vip it's the wait method but free.

not much else you can do unless donation.

 

Sorry but all I have to say is: suck it up.
Lots of people had that same issue as you're having right now, including myself, but there's simply nothing they can do.
