Remove the 10% Blind/Silence God stones

I'm really sick of running into groups let alone groups full of 4 people with 10% blind god stones, I don't think these should as available as they are now with Healing potions not working, its just ridiculous being blind for 30 seconds straight. These things are just ruining PvP, the winner is only ever determined by who's 10% Blind procs more, that doesnt seem very fun. There is no strategy when it comes to this, at least if you could pot it off it would give you a chance to do something.

Or get a cleric.

Or fix pots.

Or fix blind.

I was blind for a full 30 seconds.....every time the godstone came close to wearing off it would just proc again........and again.........and again....

In real PvP you are not supposed to rely on your godstones in every fight to help you win. Here its who evers blind godstone or silence godstone procs more.

i can agree with this, especially against assassins its just blind burst, godstone blinded if youve survived the burst, as soon as you can attack again it procs again, etc. etc., ridiculous being unable to hit people at all because their rate of blind is so stupidly high

 

this is a common problems with dual wielding glads and assasins. i dont find other classes to proc that much even with 10% blind GS. but i still support the idea of reducing the proc rate, pvp should not be dependant on blind, its all about SKILLS baby!!

I dont even mind the skills that blind you, as they have cool downs, having 1 or 2 10% blind godstones pretty much guarantees you at least 1 blind every fight. There is a reason these god stones are not available on retail and its for this exact reason. It literally kills PvP believe it or not, I'll get blinded, run around till it wears off, come back and the players first hit blinds me again. It's just a never ending chain.

Indeed the skills are reasonable (though annoying when people pop them as soon as they go into combat) but it only adds to the frustration that even people who can easily survive for a long period of time can be completely perma blinded for 1-2 minutes without hardly a single break in it, seeing as how half the time I'm blinded by the first hit if its an assassin, as soon as youre done running around and go back in to combat its like BAM blinded again

 

exactly, I would really just love it if they fixed healing potions. They've been broken for so long now, it really does not seem like that hard of a thing to fix.

 

assasins all go for 2x blind... =20% proximity so expect after 3-5hits it gets in ^^

 

I doubt this suggestion will even be noticed by Alente, he does not seem very interested in things that dont concern his personal issues. X.x No ones even taken a look into the two reports I've sent in over the past few days. /sigh

 

yep. i'm a chanter and i would consider myself pretty decent... but vs any dual wield glad or sin with 10%... rofl ****ing ridonkculous.

Well , from what I read , 2.0 caused gamez aion pvp system to crash.
I also heard that gamez has no develover which , on a long term , will cause the server to collapse due to many bugs.

 

they are avaible on retail. retail has even worse godstones..

1680 dmg,
blind, silence, poison, paralyze, emmobolize, attack speed/moving speed decrease,,

but i was actually on retail aion forums, and people were saying to get rid of Godstones period, because their dumb for pvp, which i do agree, i saw a vid of a sm in core, and her gs proc'd 5k dmg.

but sadly, they wont get removed, because some people actually donate for the ones in item shop, and as long and its making carl money, it won't be deleted.
