What the item is supposed to do:
it's supposed to do these things as
"All AP +10
All Accuracy +12
Ignores All Resistance +6%
Attack Speed +6%
Casting Speed +6%"
What happens when the item is used
i.e. On Ninja it doesn't boost the attack speed, and I don't believe it adds any ap and accuracy because you still miss and attack speed isn't changed.
