Rejected Resplendent Alchemy stones chance of disappearing when upgrading

    Bug Name:
    Resplendent Alchemy stones chance of disappearing when upgrading​
    Bug Description:
    When having a resplendent alchemy stone, if you try to upgrade it you have around 90% chance of having it disappear.

    Possible outcomes should be:
    -Disappears
    -Stays the same
    -Downgrades
    -Upgrades

    So far I tried upgrading 17 resplendent alchemy stones (life, protection and destruction) and 15 of those disappeared on the first or second tries on upgrading.

    I know for a fact that it isn't like that on retail, but it is hard for me to post proof...    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Try it yourself.

    I'm sure that lots of other players know this too.    ​

    i have had alot of issues upgrading stones now they changed system aswell
    wasted 10k ingots 16k special onions ect 800 plywood

    This 4 ways is coded in client, so client show u what result u can got. We parsed this info and use it on server, game client also have chances so it must work retail-like. If you find any proof that it is not - create new ticket. But as i said before - game client have all chances for each stones and all results. And u can see it too - yellow text in middle of screen - u see what can happen.

    How can I find proof?...

    I'm just letting you know that this isn't working as retail.
    It's not just the rates of it breaking being too high, it is also happening at first or second tries. You can't tell me that me and other players were just "unlucky" when we have 4 possible outcomes and 1 of them seems to happen almost every time.
