    I don't understand the part where i have to get aether, i cannot find the place where it is.

    You get Aethertapping from Sanctum or Pandaemonium. Get the hat to track it on ur map @ the vendor and look for all the aether mines in the sky. Then when you have the right aether go to ur quest.

    Firs find the lvl 1 vortex in Monhreim / Verteron then 25 then 50 and so on after you reached lvl 99 go back to aether tapping master to upgrade your skill
