retuning

    this returning works on lakrum items ? i did 20 times and always get the lowest stats :/

    Retuning is giving low bonuses. Guess the rate has changed, but it's way hard to get some good stat.

    No, it doesn't go over 17% attack speed - 335 accu - 1628 hp - 237 phys attack. Went thru very low values for long before getting back these stats.

    this returning still not fixed ? i tried 20 times and cant pass 16% atk speed :/
