Review of ban account

I would like to appeal to them to review the ban on my account. I play at least four months and never did anything wrong, I know not to hack or any kind of bug in the game. Was caught only once between throwing stones into iggison, was arrested and never did it. I would like to reconsider the ban, because it was meaningless, happened at around 2 AM on the day, as I recall was just waiting for my brother who plays the chanter to get items in UDAs Temple when I was surprised by the ban. I beg you to reconsider or at least explain why!
I have always considered the work of you, vote every day and did not want this misunderstanding did I quit the game. I sincerely hope you understand.
