Rift boss spawn during active node/siege wars.​

Bug Description:

Not sure if this is known yet... But Rift bosses still spawn and do damage to players on siege channel and during siege/node wars, so players have been able to build bases on or near dark rifts and the rift bosses are basically able to defend for them against anyone who has a rift in that location.​

How to reproduce/proof:

Go to rift boss zone on siege channel even if a war is in progress, they still spawn.​
