    I've done some research and I am 100% positive that this forum template is ripped.

    Currently looking into the license of this engine together with vBulletin.

    The information has been released by opening a thread on the forums because highly assumably there are some staff members from the forums involved in this by knowing that these forums are illegal and not reporting it.

    This could be...highly entertaining, I was actually wondering the same thing the other day when I scrolled by the report section of the vBulletin forums but I had no reason to believe that their license is illegal, so..didn't really go deep into it, but I'm interested in seeing what you find out.
