Bug Description:

When im just out in the open trying to grind sometimes my character will get stuck in one place and not be able to run in any direction without rubberbanding back... i was told this could be because of a speedhack fix that was implemented..don't worry im not trying to speedhack just trying to play without being unable to move half the time lol, When i asked in game multiple people said it does the same to them​

How to reproduce/proof:

I honestly don't know if everyone has this or not or if its just certain people...so i guess just run around and try to see if it does for you​
