S80 Heavy Armor bugged help gm!

I recently bought an S80 heavy armor on valentines shop but its not showing up on my inventory! i tried waiting around 5min but still nothing! I occasionally take SS ingame and in credits shop BUT in my case today its not even showing up on my history!!! what am I supposed to do? is there really no other way to recover my lost item?

I really want that remodel and im afraid that it will be gone next day! if you can't return my item then can you at least confirm to me that the bugged is now fixed so that i can freaking buy it again?? before the event shop is over!!
