    same here,i have posted some GMs but they dont investigate my account. all of my items are gone. i dont know how,@Puddles said that they give VIP for a week. but my account was VIP in Febraury 17, free VIP is Febraury 24, why are you like that?GMs?do something!i just want to know,where my account get VIP. thats all.!

    I hope you'll get your items back..

    it happened to me before too.. I really wish there is a pin code mechanism when it comes to trading / transferring your items in Aion... Like every time you trade... there is a pin code before you press Lock list and OK or something like that.. and also a pin code for WH.. every time you open and close it..

    In terms of keyloggers sadly it wouldn't solve a thing, not to mention it's definitely not something that we could implement.
    Although if somebody gives away your account information to someone else? That's another story.
