    Sometimes, this message repeats to me like one hundred times per second while I'm trying to PVP with my Assassin.

    I'm not attacking but my WOC2, Power Shards, Indian and all Augmented equipment run out in a matter of 15-20 seconds....

    This is truly insane. Happened to me yesterday and just a moment ago today.

    Is the Scoundrel's Bond skill bugged? What's going on?
