Season Quest [Special Growth] not popping up despite meeting the requirements.​

Bug Description:

When reaching Velia and talking to Alustin and completing "The Sage of Velia" quest, the Season quest "[Special Growth] Birth of Prestigious Family" doesn't pop up despite the quest saying that: "Can be accepted from Alustin in Velia. Unless you've accepted or completed The Mouth and Hand of the Alchemist"

I am on the Season server, on a Season character, yet I can't do the [Special Growth] quest line for some reason despite the fact I haven't accepted nor completed "The Mouth and Hand of the Alchemist." So, I should be able to accept the [Special Growth] quest, except I can't.

Usually, a crossroads would pop up after finishing "The Sage of Velia" quest however it doesn't, the Black Spirit doesn't start the [Special Growth] quest nor does the crossroads pop up. It's basically forcing me to go down the main story questline. 2 Updates ago the crossroads would pop up and you can start either the normal story quest line or the [Special Growth] quest line, now that doesn't even pop up at all.​

How to reproduce/proof:

I can't exactly say how to reproduce..unless I guess you make a Season character and try it for yourself, but I will provide screenshots to hopefully help with this issue, because it's clearly a bug. The first screenshot is showing that despite meeting the requirements, I still cannot accept the [Special Growth] quest, even though I haven't even accepted the "The Mouth and Hand of the Alchemist." So, I should be able to accept the [Special Growth] because I'm meeting the requirements.

The second screenshot is showing that the [Special Growth] quest is unaccepted, and even despite going and talking to Fughar, he has no quest for me, and when clicking on Navigate, the Black Spirit as shown in the 3rd screenshot, doesn't have the quest to start it. I suppose I can just do the story for the 200th time, I don't mind, but it is a bit frustrating when there is a 2nd much faster quest to do, but you can't do it because it's bugged.

Ah I see, I will have to check to see if I have that quest or not or how to obtain it. But ye, I was a bit confused, I did come back recently so I don't remember a lot of the quests, but thank ye for your help Kolka! ^^
