Seasonal character bug?

Seasonal character bug?​

Bug Description:

Don't know what was the turning point but i can't progress because i cannot get gear and already tried deleting char and remaking it with same result. The reward system for seasonal chars "top right on screen" is stuck at naru gear which i dont have and can't get.
Some players told me if i make a season char i can just skip the story altogheder if i completed main quest on another char on same account. Which i tried but i am not getting an option.
Again i am a total noob so no idea what i am doing but i asked lots of people and they've got no idea whats going on it should just work.​

Don't know (Seasonal char suposed to be for new players)

Just adding more information

I think i know where i went wrong you get to pick which way you want to make your questline you chose easy way or hard way. I chose the hard way dont know why or how maybe not paying attention can we get some kind of system so that is not allowed or reset it?

NVM - For those who had the same issue .. check if you have done ALL of the main quests up to Valencia
