   Seasonal Rift's Echo​

   Bug Description:
   

   Seasonal Rift's Echo's tooltip description says it's only useable in Seasonal Channel, but on here it's useable on any channel, making is potentially unfair by having people's main character help out on it.​

   How to reproduce/proof:
   

   Go on Channel 1 and use the Seasonal item, seen plenty of people doing it​

   WE cannot reproduce it, come on channel 1 with season char and use item and it not allow to use.
