    Seasonal Skill Exp Book​
    Bug Description:
    Seasonal char skill exp book that should give skill points or skill points exp %. Opened 2 books but received 0 skill points and 0 skill exp.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Use the skill exp book from Serendia and Calpheon.
    No other proof as the book has been use and no other way to prove it.    ​

    I went and completed my mediah quest after posting the above bug and received by mediah skill exp book reward from black spirit but after using the item i once again received 0% skill exp or skill points even tho i had skill exp buffs
