    I got the quest now im just wondering what drops the senegal arrows? i tryed the soldier mobs around there and killed like 15 and didn't get any and they didn't drop any. How do i get the arrows?

    You need to go down into the Subterranea core, the big circular area full of Elite dragonbound mobs, those will drop the arrows for the quest =D
