    Hello there, I am not a part of the staff, but would like to help you out if I can.
    So...your initial Thread post isn't that enlightening, so in order to be able to help you out, I am going to need a bit more information;
    1. Have you been playing on GamezBD for a long time, or have you just started?
    2. Did you already try to Ping the server location that you are using (NA/EU)?
    3. Have you recently changed router/modem, internet cables, or Internet Service Provider?
