    Are you using a ping reducer? Cause if you are ......

    If this is not the case, just try clicking reconnect and logging in again.

    maybe u both using the same ping reducer, try to restart your router.

    sometimes when u lag bad, and dc after minutes of lag, your ip get stuck. happening to me a lot while using wifi connection, so restarting router help most of times.
