    About "Siel's Dominant" gears.. Is everything of those quests normal? Cuz im trying to make the first quest, "Secret of the Dragonbound" and the shit i have to drop seems impossible to get, im killing them for hours and nothing <.<

    i saw a thread that it's working on elyos side.. now the why they don't drop what you won't maybe either removed or you are unlucky

    i did that quest 3 or 4 days ago on the asmo side and it worked fine. However, the part of the quest that needs the relics to drop is where im having trouble. The drop of them must be very low...Im vip and so are several members of my party and they just arent dropping. GL tho

    i think its like a retail drop, if im not the only one taking that time to drop xD

    Lulz my wife has most of these items,she even made a guide in forums about how to obtain them,i think now its harder than before..Quests seem to work fine but the drop rates suck.

    Drop rate for acquiring the quest items for the refiner sux yeah. But I think the other quests are easy.

    it's hard with the "[Group] Heal me" something quest... -.- 25 elite mobs on solo...

    Do it with group LOL since it already says, [Group] Heal Me, Kill Me. What's harder is before, some mobs are bugged. Even they were listed on the mobs list that you have to kill, it wont add on your number of kills. So you just have to kill some specific mobs that will surely add on your kills. Well, now that the instance have cooldowns, it is much harder to finish the quest specially if you wasn't able to finish it in 1 run.

    I have no idea on how others can while others can't acquire the quest from Lupukin. I think I tried to take one with my character whom I think never finished the quest but the quest doesn't show when I talk to Lupukin. Also, as far as I can see, only Stormwing drops the Balaur Relics. So to finish the quest you need 6 runs of Beshmundir Temple + its cooldown = pretty long and takes time. Correct me if I am wrong with this since I tried to finish the quest my Gladiator has, tried to kill the bosses in the Temple but only Stormwing dropped the relic.

    The quest chain works I suppose, but it is just harder now than before. I will try finishing the quest and see if I can finish it.

    Yes, they do need to increase the drop rate by just a little but, as long as you get the quest complete it's all good right?? I know its aggravating but hey, I know that you will get it eventually ^_^
