Siel's Forgotten: Dew Patience

Hi guys, I know that i have no right to say this but here it is: WTF is the proc rate for the Noble Dews!?!?!?!? It has been 5 days now and I'm stuck at 30/50...it's insane.

Has anyone done this? how did you do it? I will really appreciate some useful advice here...

Plus I found this 3.0 db which tells you the % of proc for retail:

It says that noble dew has 0.03 % to appear while u gather zeldt, so according to the server rates u'll have a 6%?

I am sooooo tired of this quest T_T (Mobs will be way more funny even if u have to kill 5000+ of them)

 

lol ive been doing this going on 4 weeks and im still at 18/50 =/

 

Oh my god and if it wasn't enough now it seems that everybody is doing this quest! U have queue to gather!!!!! Sooooo maaaaaad!

Plus I personally won't suggest this quest to you if you aren't PREMIUM or VIP >,<

 

I've done it just fine...As the quest name says, just have patience...

 

If i had the patience i would go to retail, why can't we get a little more proc rate on this one? and now every possible spot for the gathering is full of people >> so much high rate >>

 

I gonna give it up for now.... 3 hours not a single dew <,< I think I'll wait to have VIP otherwise it's impossible to finish this without spending weeks on gathering! T_________________T

 

You are given the chance to finish it twice as fast or thrice as fast of what's in retail. It costs 1500 credits and it's called premium/vip

 

Eleven hours, it can be done /premium/

 

a legion mate god that set some weeks ago
he got so many client errors because of that quest and had to do everything from the beggining

i hope they fixed it, as for the rates.. premioum-vip if u wanna drop items in gamez

 

Yes sometimes you go 2-3 hours without picking up any noble dews.. then all of sudden you`ll pick up 2-3 in 1 hour. Have patience it will get done. It doesn`t take weeks either, i used to get about 10-15 per day and finished that portion of the quest in less than a week (regular non-premium, non-vip account). 6% drop rate seems high to me. When i did it, i think the drop rate was about 0.3%

 

The gathering rate for noble dew is not 6%, it is about 0.3% and chances are you will spend weeks before you complete 50pcs if you are not vip or premium. My wife and i did that quest in a day, she was actually lucky enough to find 21 pieces of dews in only 4-5 hours. The actual hard part is when you reach the last quest, you ll remember my words. Buy some alcohol, sit down and try to be calm, you are going to get pissed off..i would suggest having an extra set of keyboard/mouse as well, just in case you decide to throw either one of them towards the nearest wall.

It's the daevanion quest for the siel's forgotten set lvl 60^^ u get the first quest from karhun in sarpan it consists of:

1) race against time to speak to some npcs---> boots

2) Gathering seasonal energies from Umbronites in Pernon/ Ely home region---> gloves

3) Crafting and proc a Holy Statue of Siel (500+ in one craft profession) ---> shoulders

4) Gathering noble dews (>.>) in sarpan and tiamaranta ---> legs

5) Killing 5000+ mobs ---> chest

that set expensive? u guys use it for remo or wut? =P

Second dew I canceled >,< Hate it, I think I'm gonna rage quit now T_T

 

that set has nice remo

nice set effects only but no magic suspension i think

Considering how hard it is to actually complete a full set, I believe it is very rare and also very expensive. Got super awesome offers for our Plate Set but naaaah... Didn't really get it just to sell.

 

Playing with the numbers for a sorcerer, it looks like primal is the better set all around, and way easier obviously. I think this will retire to the "maybe one day..." list for me.

 

I decided to get the daevanion 'cause I already have the other sets XD (Primal/Kahrun etc) Plus the remodel is something new, I started to hate the look of my primal.
