    Well, go to abyss, and teleport to the forts ,kill the bosses for they keys / open the boxes = Medals.. :)

    same here i went to eastern and western chamber in abyss forts
    i dont see any boss or boxes...only see bunch of baluar lol

    in the instances u need to kill some bosses under a time limit and after killing him it will spawn chest that u loot for medals.
    also if ur legion own a fort in abyss the BG will get 20 gold and 60 silver medals for each fort when u defend it.
