    Bug Name:
    Skill exp boost not applied on skill training​
    Bug Description:
    Right after today's patch skill training is possible.
    However, 5x Skill exp boost does not seem to apply.

    Bought 1hour book, started with 800 SP and gained only 6 SP.
    I see no difference compared to retail server.    ​
