Skill NPC's

    Before Chlora left their were two CUSTOM NPC's standing next to the normal skill npc's called "Assassin Skill Merchant" or "Ranger Skill Merchant" etc etc for other classes.

    These NPC's sold ALL skill books from level 1~55 and ALL Stigmas (Including ADV Stigmas) from 20~55. All of it was for sale with Kinah.

    They are not the normal NPC's they were custom made NPC's. I was just wondering if a GM or an Admin could spawn them, because people who bought the ADV stigmas while they were their now have an unfair advantage.

    atleast its been answered correctly now. :D no unnecessary flaming. tyvm and I hope they will be spawned by a GM asap.
