Skills are delayed on doing damage​

Bug Description:

Any projected skills such as the witches flows expect perfect sign and kunos sinew cut and delighted blast have thier damages delayed by a couple of seconds and even after the skill is over the damage registers way later.​

How to reproduce/proof:

play a kuno and use sinew cut on someone, the damage will not register until about 3 seconds after using the skill. Same goes for witch flows and Wizards also any class that has a projected skill​

 

bump, Striker seems to also be having this same issue. After checking latency (56ms-119ms) this may confirm it is not a network issue. Also attempted a file check/repair and after a computer restart am now having to redownload the entire client.

 

I believe it's the same with all characters. Dunno can't confirm. Played on Dark Knight, same issue.

 

skill bugged! and Bezerk bugged in Grebb because it is reaching 5 meters away, and often the "Dash" he can still grab
