SM skills: fears.

    Congrats, fear shriek doesn't need a target to be used now

    but the fear effect does nothing (this goes for both normal fear and fear shriek, haven't tested the 5 min CD fear yet cause I don't have it yet lol)

    it turns the monster into a spirit, but the spirit still attacks and moves on its own

    if you
    use fear and then fear shriek while fear is still on them they will be able to attack even if their in spirit form and it says there feared.
    and vice versa.

    ^ if you jus use fear it doesn't work
    don't have to necessarily stack them

    It works perfectly on the first day of the server..

    But after countless reboots and updates Fear only now gives you graphical effect..

    Its like Fear is now a debuff that change the appearance of your target.. nothing else nothing more.. :sad:

    Fear seems to have a 30% chance against mob..

    Even simple mobs resist it 3 out of 4 attempts..

    considering it has relatively long cooldown and huge MP cost

    it may need some adjustment..
