SM Stone Energy

Asking all the sm's test it, to make it clear.
Do the Stone energy making same dmg as Cyclone of Wrath, less or more ? When i was playing it makes more dmg then Cyclone do, like 6 dots with 500 dmg per each (Stone energy) vs 5 dots with 500 dmg per each (Cyclone of wrath) on player in same set. I tested it on magic, plate, leather and chain class - same (on Notaion only).
On the EU Perento server, guy was testing it and he said, it makes 80-100 points of dmg per hit and is evaded 95% of the time = it useles and there r no sense to use it in fight. So if the guy was right, then there is some issue about this Stone energy, is it work normally on Notaion, or it nerferd on EU servers, or what ever it is ?
Do u guys can test it on diffrent servers (gamezaion, EU, NA, other.... ) and link the results in this post ? Thx advance for those who can.

p.s. i left playng few days ago, coz of problems with pc and dont have aion atm , can't do it myself

 

Those skills have been broken for many many many years ;o. They are really only useful to remove ranger/ sin buffs such as AT in 1 skill. And since they stay on the target for an extended period if they happen to use another evade such as FE it will nearly immediately remove that as well.

 

But on Notaion it do bigger dmg then Cyclone of wrath, how to explain it? Maybe bugged or something....

 

Well I havent been on retail since like 2.7 and im not even gonna pretend i still remember if it worked or not lol...but I guess its possible that gamez broke it and notaion didnt ...that seems to be the case for a few different skills and passive skills here.
