    I can't land Sleep,Sleeping storm,Root,Soul freeze,or even Curse of Weakness. But spiritmaster debuffs,buffs working 100% fine. I got 3100 Mboost,2300 Magical Accucary,and PvP Orb. So what's the matter? Am I noob? Or some skill bug?
    Gamez is worse day-by-day.

    1st u cant have 3100 with 2300 (maybe only with supplication of focus)
    2nd i dont have problems with sleeping storm root tree...

    the main problem is ...Silence doesnt work :(

    asking oneself if his a nub is being a nub itself..

    and yes its a bug with magic resist. not the skills. but the magic resist formula is pretty glitchy right now and doesn't have a good variable definition on to what extent/value to RESIST or NOT.
